Today, the Ifakara Health Institute staff from the Bagamoyo and Dar office met at the Lugalo Golf Club in Dar es Salaam for a gathering organized by the Human Resources Unit, aimed to strengthen teamwork within the organization.

The event facilitated by Epvate & Fortune International Consulting commenced with opening remarks from Ifakara’s Chief Executive Director Dr Honorati Masanja who reinforced the importance of teamwork and encouraged all staff to actively take part in the activities planned for the day. 

The agenda is jam-packed with engaging activities meticulously crafted to challenge the teams to work together to solve problems creatively. A friendly football match between the two branches and an award ceremony, honoring exemplary individuals and teams for their outstanding contributions and achievements are planned.
