Ifakara Health Institute joins the nation in commemorating Saba Saba Day, observed annually on 7 July in Tanzania. Known as “Seven Seven,” this historic day marks key milestones in the country’s journey toward independence and the founding of the Tanganyika African National Union (TANU) in 1954. It is also widely recognized as the Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair Day, celebrating progress in trade, innovation, and national development.
