Job Description

Position Summary Ifakara Health Institute seeks a qualified and experienced Supply Chain Assistant who will join the Institute through an internship program, who will be responsible for updating daily procurement reports, assist on timely submission of vendor invoices to the payment approval circle, and assist to ensure that right materials requested are issued on time. The Supply Chain Assistant will also assist in maintaining the filling system that ensures all documents are preserved and easily retrieved and participate in special and scheduled stock counts as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management or Procurement and Logistics Management with effective communication
