Batuli Aron Mwaijande is a Laboratory Technician performing analyzer operations and troubleshooting in Haematology and Biochemistry. She has been involved in several past and ongoing projects at IHI.

Looking ahead, Batuli has plans to further her education by pursuing a bachelor's degree and eventually a master's degree in the field of medical laboratory sciences.
