Adella Salum Ibwe is a fabrication lab coordinator at the Ifakara Innovation Hub with a background in computer engineering and 7 years of experience. She has worked in various roles designing and developing products, enjoying creating and assisting others in bringing their ideas to life. Adella is driven by the challenge of acquiring new knowledge and the gratification of a well-executed job. 

Her ultimate aspiration is to establish her fabrication lab to support underserved communities in Tanzania. Adella is passionate about using her skills to make a positive impact on society, believing that technology can be a powerful tool for social change. She is committed to using her expertise to help bridge the digital divide, having worked and taught many innovators to build solutions for the betterment of Tanzanian communities.
