Ms. Agnes Eliya Ndahagalikiye sits in the Front Desk at our Ifakara Branch. She has over 10-year work experience in administration. She holds a Secretarial certificate.

Ms. Ndahagalikiye joined the IHI team in 2009 as a volunteer serving in the Administration Unit. In 2010, she was officially employed as Receptionist for Ifakara Branch where she still works in the same position. She attended Primary School Education at Mbande in Dar es Salaam in 1998 and afterwards, she obtained her Certificate of Secondary Education from Forest Hill in Morogoro Region in 2003.

After completing her secondary education, she joined the Vocational Education and Training Authority (Veta) in 2004 for technical training, and in 2006, she joined Msimbazi Centre in Dar es Salaam for her Certificate in Secretarial Course. She graduated in 2007. Since 2010, Agnes has been working as Receptionist for the IHI Ifakara Branch#
