Reward Goodluck is a Laboratory Scientist specializing in Clinical Trial Immunology, engaged in the Child Health Infection with Low-Density Malaria project.
He obtained a BSc in Biotechnology and Laboratory Science from Sokoine University of Agriculture in 2020. His education included practical training at the Government Chemistry Laboratory Authority and Tanzania Bureau of Standards, where he gained experience in Forensic Chemistry, Toxicology, and Food Microbiology.
He played a role in various vaccine trials, such as Vac 082, Rab002, and Vac 083, gaining expertise in Elispot Assays, Standardized Elisa, Avidity, Isotyping Elisa, and Molecular Biology techniques like DNA extraction and PCR.
Among his achievements are attending the GeneXpert superuser training, contributing to research projects with policy implications, and participating in the EXIT-TB project, implementing innovative TB diagnosis methods.
He is a member of the Biotechnology Student Association and the Biotechnology Society of Tanzania. Noteworthy projects include assessing the interoperability of health information systems and contributing to TB diagnosis and notification projects.
