Deogratius Thomas Nsanzugwanko is a seasoned Project Accountant currently serving in the PMI Shinda (Defeat) Malaria Project based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With a background in accounting and finance, Deogratius is committed to professional excellence, as evidenced by his ongoing CPA review program.

Deogratius graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy in 2008, laying the foundation for his career in financial management and reporting. Over the years, he has honed his skills in various areas including administration, procurement, grants management, sub-grantee oversight, and human resources.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Deogratius finds solace in reading, swimming, and listening to music, activities that provide balance to his busy schedule. He is an active member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors and contributes to the Roots and Shoots program of the Jane Goodall Institute.

Throughout his career, Deogratius has held key roles in reputable organizations, including Ifakara Health Institute, Wildlife Conservation Society, Aga Khan Foundation, Care International, International Rescue Committee, and Prime Consult International. His dedication to the principles of independence, reliability, and accountability has been instrumental in his professional growth.

In his view, life is about effectively managing limited resources to meet limitless demands. Deogratius aspires to continue optimizing resource utilization for greater impact in the future.
