The ICT User Support Intern will work closely with the ICT team to ensure users receive efficient and reliable IT support.

Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a motivated and reliable ICT User Support Intern to collaborate with the ICT team at the Ifakara Branch in Morogoro. The Intern will manage and maintain the branch LAN infrastructure, monitor network devices, and ensure that all IT infrastructures operate smoothly in accordance with the Institute's requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a diploma in Information and Communication Technology.
