This role works with the MEL team to link implementation, evidence, and policy, ensuring learning actively informs program adaptation, government updates, and future investment.

Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist who will ensure that evidence, data, and implementation experience generated through the program are systematically captured, translated, and used to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes, inform decision-making, and enable scale, sustainability, and global learning.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, learning, or evidence-to-policy roles within health programs. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) or health systems programs is required.
