The Kilombero and Ulanga antiretroviral cohort is a prospective cohort of patient data and samples aiming at offering options to study clinical course, challenges and long-term outcome of HIV-infection, comorbidities, resistances to drugs and other relevant health issues in a rural African population.

The study furthermore has a strong implementation part to support services for people living with HIV/aids and prevention of HIV/AIDS as well as Tuberculosis#
