Rachel Magodi is a Community Engagement Officer at the Ifakara Innovation Hub with over three years of experience in community engagement and project management in innovation and entrepreneurship. Skilled in social media management, public relations, event management, and documentation, Rachel has successfully led campaigns and projects at Ifakara Innovation Hub and other organizations. 

She picked up these skills in similar roles at previous organizations like SAWA Initiative. Recognized for her effective storytelling and communication abilities by the Thomson Reuters Foundation, she also holds the title of Safeguarding Champion from a mentorship program with Resource and Support Hub. 

Rachel is passionate about leading organizations and the communities they serve to impact by bridging communication gaps and maximizing community impact. She enjoys exploring the internet for continuous learning and observation in her free time.
