Mohammed Sultan Thani is a dedicated pharmacist based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from DeMonfort University in the United Kingdom in 2006, followed by further education at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Science (MUHAS) from 2010 to 2014.

With a passion for regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, Mohammed embarked on a career path focused on drug regulatory assessment and auditing. He began his professional journey as a Drug Regulatory Consultant at the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA) Headquarters in Dar es Salaam from 2014 to 2016. During this time, he started as a Junior Scientist and progressed to become a Drug Regulatory Auditor, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and continuous growth.

Following his tenure at TMDA, Mohammed ventured into self-employment as a Regulatory Consultant from 2017 to 2023, where he provided expert guidance and support in navigating regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical sector.

Mohammed Sultan Thani is affiliated with the Pharmacy Council (PC) and remains committed to making meaningful contributions to the healthcare landscape in Tanzania.
